Refund policy
Refund Policy: You have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you return your order, you will have your payment returned less any delivery costs incurred by Presco UK Ltd T/AÂ Colbrook Binding for the original delivery of same. Goods must be returned unused, in the original undamaged packaging and resaleable.
Returned goods - No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with Colbrook Binding. Goods specially cut to length or manufactured to order (i.e. slide bars, elastic products) may not be returned or exchanged
for credit. Please call if you have any enquiries regarding your purchase and the production. Products must be returned in their full and original state, and without any missing items.

Claims - For non-delivery of goods dispatched by Colbrook Binding must be made within 10 days of invoice date. Claims for goods damaged in transit should be made within 3 days of receipt. Goods damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged with the delivering courier.
