Two very popular styles of "U Clips", also known as hospital or medical filing fittings. as they are widely known. Both 3 part, these are used extensively in the medical profession for retaining notes. Styles contain either a self adhesive base or a round flexible lace, plus a binding compressor and retaining goalpost.
